The LawTRIO LAW PUBLICATIONS DATABASE ("LawTRIO") is an electronic database
compiled, maintained, updated and owned by Infosources Publishing ("Infosources"). It is a
combined database of three Infosources print publications: Legal Looseleafs in Print, Legal
Newsletters in Print, and the Directory of Law-Related CD-ROMs.
When you finish reviewing this agreement, click on "I agree" to acknowledge your agreement
with the Terms of Use. By clicking on "I agree" you are also agreeing to be bound by all
future changes to the Terms of Use.
The content of LawTRIO is in its entirety the property of Infosources and is protected by
copyright and other intellectual property laws.
As a subscriber, you may only use the information in LawTRIO for your personal research
purposes. In no instance may you copy, download, modify, store, disseminate, sell, publish in
any format whatsoever, or retransmit the information contained in LawTRIO. You may not
create derivative works from LawTRIO, or use the information in LawTRIO for any
commercial purposes.
As a subscriber you will receive a unique password to access LawTRIO. Your password may only
be used by persons within your firm or organization at one physical location. If you choose
IP address access, LawTRIO may be accessed from any IP address you have submitted, provided
they are all at one physical location. A firmwide site license permits you to access LawTRIO from any
location in your organization, not just from one physical location. Any violation of this will result in
your immediate loss of the rights to use those passwords or IP addresses to access LawTRIO, and Infosources
will not be liable for the refund of any unused portion of your subscription.
While every effort has been made to ensure that the information in LawTRIO is accurate,
Infosources and Arlene Eis do not assume, and hereby disclaim any liability for any errors or
omissions herein. The information is provided "as is" with no warranty, either express or
implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Neither
Infosources nor Arlene Eis shall be liable for any loss or injury resulting directly or indirectly
from use of LawTRIO, including liability for interruption of service, delay in operation or
transmission, or inability to access the database. While LawTRIO will link you to other
websites, Infosources and Arlene Eis do not make any representations or warranties with
regard to any of these sites as they are completely beyond the control of Infosources.
This agreement and your use of LawTRIO shall be governed by the laws of the United States
